We partner with Zendrop to fulfil and ship all Aur Beauty orders.

Delivery Timeframe All orders are delivered within 9–12 working days from the date of purchase. Please note working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being dispatched.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

International Shipping We ship to multiple countries. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processes.
